We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Youth Work Coordinator to shape and deliver needs-led programmes that reflect the real issues facing local young people and promote their personal and social development. You will coordinate impactful detached and center-based provision, taking responsibility for managing a proactive and motivated team, build strong local partnerships, and ensure effective referral, triage, and caseload management for 1:1 and targeted group interventions. From developing programmes alongside young people to managing delivery of existing programmes, to driving goal-focused action plans and leading front-line delivery when needed, you will play a pivotal role in creating responsive, high-quality support that makes a lasting difference. If you have experience in managing youth work programmes in open or detached youth work this could be the ideal opportunity to take the next step in your career.
